Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. So glad I got to visit with her last year when I was in New Bremen for Jonah’s wedding. She had such gentle spirit when I was younger and that never left her! She never had a cross word and was always encouraging. She will be missed but not for long as we who trust the Lord will join her in God’s family.

Betty, Janice. Linda and family, My thoughts and prayers are with you as you remember Dorothy and all the wonderful things she has done and the life she has lived. I remember coming to see Omer and Dora several times when we were kids through our teenage years. My brother and I spent one summer for about a week with them and got to spend a little time at the farm, which was special. Dad and Mom loved listening to Bob and his band rehearse and play some oldies but goodies. Mom kept in touch with Dorothy and I did send some Christmas cards while she was in Florida, but lost track of her. May God grant you comfort and peace in the coming days and weeks as you share stories and memories. My folks were Les and Jean Stephenson and Dora was my grandmother’s 1st cousin (Ellen Stephenson).
